DOME Qualifiers begin at 6PM EST on Saturday, 12/10/2022.
The DOME Tournament will be a multi-stage tournament with regular or modified Best-of-Two Round Robin group stage, and Single Elimination Best-of-5 Finals bracket. Details of format are subject to some changes until the final amount of entries is fully known on 12/9.
Groups will be drawn live on 12/9.
Qualifier matches will be Best-of-2. No Round 3’s will be played. Placement within each group will first be determined by round wins, then score differential, then total points scored.
Finals will be seeded to protect the strongest teams from premature elimination.
The DOME format is optimized for clean breaks and fair odds. ‘Luck’ in placement or seeding will be minimized. DOME reserves the (very unlikely) right to order a redrawing if groups are deemed unreasonable.
