DOME allows a maximum of 5 rostered players.
One person must pay and register as “Captain”.The Captain must be a minimum of 18 years old. All funds for both entry and prizes go through the Captain.
In effect, the Captain wholly owns the team. DOME guarantees rostered players nothing, and cannot force the Captain to share prizes . If you don’t trust your Captain, find a new one.
All team administration must be conducted by the Captain via DOME, including rostering or removing players. Following payment, within 24hrs DOME will contact the Captain via the specified Discord ID with further instruction to roster players.
During Open Registration (12/2 to 12/8 10PM EST) Captains may modify their rosters, or retract and refund their entry until Open Registration ends. Once Open Registration ends, those teams are final and rosters cannot be modified.
Late Registration (12/8 10PM EST to 12/9 10PM EST) Players cannot be added to the roster after Late Registration ends. Once a player is rostered they cannot be removed or replaced. Teams cannot retract and refund entry during Late Registration.
The DOME attempts to give every fair opportunity to modify and update rosters before the event, and expects all entrants to be available, ready, and capable of participation on time.
All Captains are expected to ensure their final (up to 5 man) roster’s availability and ability to compete. In the event of extreme unpredictable circumstances, DOME may grant the right to a substitute on a case-by-case basis. In the event of a substitute, the match is still expected to begin on time regardless of availability.
